Life Map privacy information

This version has no sign-up, submission or photo upload features. The app provides Seoul public facility data. Only places in the optional demo mode are fictional.

On-device storage

Your language, map choice, NAVER retry time and saved place IDs stay in localStorage on your device. They are not sent to our server. Clear site data in your browser to remove them.

Location and search

Location is requested only when you choose My location in real-data mode and grant permission. Normal website searches and nearby filtering run on your device without sending search terms to the Cloudflare facilities API. Map-area information may be sent to the active map provider (NAVER Maps or OpenStreetMap) to display the map and your current area. The app does not store your location in its database. Worker request logging is disabled. Service providers may process connection information needed to operate their services.

Service providers

Cloudflare Workers and D1 serve the site and facility data. NAVER Maps supplies the default map. If it is unavailable or its usage limit is reached, OpenStreetMap standard tiles provide the fallback. Google Fonts supplies fonts. These services may receive your IP address and browser information.
